Who runs this site

This site is run by Jaya Lee, a sole trader. Legal correspondence goes to legal@jayalee.com.

Lessons and sessions

Lessons and energy sessions are arranged by agreement after a free conversation. Times, formats and fees are agreed directly with Jaya and confirmed in writing. Nothing on this site is an offer to teach at a particular time or place.

Not medical care

Singing lessons and energy sessions are not medical care and are not a substitute for it. If you have a concern about your health or your voice, see a doctor or a qualified voice clinician. Results vary from person to person.

Ownership

Jaya's teaching method, and the recordings, photographs and words on this site, belong to Jaya Lee. You may not copy, record or reproduce them without her written permission.

Cancellations

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are agreed with Jaya when lessons are arranged, and confirmed in writing before the first lesson.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Hong Kong.
